The Model 6005-23 is a combination strap/buckle and MLS 16 Locking Fork for use with Safariland tactical holsters. It consists of a 3X™ Locking Buckle attached to 2 in. webbing on both ends. The MLS 16 is securely attached to the webbing via two Allen screws.
This system shifts the weight off the belt and allows mounting of a tactical holster directly to MOLLE loops on a vest or belt and it is ambidextrous.
