I love the jacket speedy delivery it fits well very happy with it thought it was made well
I received my coat and washed it. Before washing it I inspected it and it had no holes but I noticed some of the seams didn't appear to have been sown very well (lots of loose thread on seams). After I washed it as soon as I pulled it out of the washer I saw a hole in the left arm pit. I contacted Mad City via Facebook to get it fixed. Will update my review once they tell me how they plan to fix it.
I'm sorry you had an issue with this jacket. We've sold many of these (and several of us here in the store wear Rothco jackets) and this is the first report of poor craftsmanship with their jackets. We emailed you instructions to have the jacket replaced free of charge. We're hoping it was just a rare issue.
I do know some jackets are not made for the washing machines and perhaps that may have contributed to the issue. To be safe we encourage all users to check the label to make sure it is not a dry clean or hand wash only product for all apparel items.
