This Snugpak Poncho Liner is not your fathers, or Grandfathers, Poncho Liner. Unlike the older square shaped style Poncho Liner many have come to know the Snugpak Poncho Liner has a dedicated hood with draw cord as well as dedicated sleeves. No more cold chills when lifting up your arms while wearing a Poncho. The other great news is the Snugpak Poncho Liner is compatible with pretty much any poncho on the market, though it does work best with Snugpak's Enhanced Poncho. Why you ask? Well is is simply because the Snugpak Enhanced Poncho too has dedicated sleeves and because of this fact the Poncho Liner acts like a jacket liner to insulate and improve the performance when needed, or desired.

I'm a Snugpak fan, when I saw their Patrol Poncho I thought it was an amazing design. A poncho with sleeves! This liner also has sleeves, making it phenomenal. Many times in the fall or spring it can get raw when it's raining or just everything is soaked around you. Keep your Patrol Poncho going longer, especially in more northern climates or places where the temps drop off quickly. Nice amount of insulation without being too bulky. Great to wear in the mornings when it's cool when camping and getting firewood for the morning. Rather than take your quilt or sleeping bag out of your tent toss this on, be warm, and comfortable. Funny when you see the kids with this same design for ALOT more money because of a designer label.
Exactly what I was looking for
This is a great liner, and well made.
Snugpak has been hit or miss with me, couldn't live without my cocoon. Jungle bag and jungle blankets, both regular and xl really were a disappointment, however the poncho liner is a steal for the price and quality, works great for layering as a long jacket over my coat, fits great and I'm a REALLY big guy (around) 5'7" and 290lbs. I can also use it as a nice blanket and it pairs well with my snugpak poncho. Despite the negative reviews on getting it back in it's bag, I've found that folding it then rolling it up tightly makes it quite easy to pack back in the bag.
