BlackHawk Tactical

It's almost impossible to be an avid shopper of rugged outdoor or camping gear without coming across the brand name BlackHawk.  BlackHawk has been around longer than most active military soldiers.  BlackHawk started in 1990 after a Navy SEAL was navigating a minefield.  During the mission his backpack failed.  As his gear tumbled across the terrain he most importantly he hoped to get out alive but it also sparked a game changing idea in the tactical industry.  He came up with the idea of making rugged tactical gear that's been properly researched, refined and perfected by people who would actually use it in the field.  And BlackHawk Tactical was created!

The company has been through many changes and now owned by the leading global manufacturer in the outdoor industry, Vista Outdoor.  The company has more than 30-well known brands including BlackHawk, Blazer, Bolle, Bushnell, Butler Creek, Camelbak, CCI, Eagle, Hoppe's, Savage Arms, Speer, Tasco, Uncle Mike's, Weaver and literally dozens more!

BlackHawk is no longer a company for soldiers deploying overseas.  They have some awesome clothing items including pants, shirts and boots that are perfect for campers, backpackers and outdoors-man.  Even their apparel is widely used by law enforcement and those who work in varying climates.  Their duty gear and holsters are extremely popular among concealed weapons permit holders, law enforcement, security and hunters.  Their backpacks, bags and MOLLE pouches are awesome--low priced but can hold up to even the most rugged conditions.
