Shipping / Product Availability

Items marked as in stock or listing an available quantity are usually shipped within 1-business day and an indication they are available for pick up at our Raleigh, North Carolina location.  Items marked with an estimated time of arrival will usually ship within the advertised timeframe and an indication the gear is already on the way to our store or readily available.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for orders over $89.99 and bulk shipping rates ranging from $8.95 - $18.00 for standard shipping.  USPS is also available with rates starting at $3.75 and go up based on your chosen shipping method, the total weight of your package and your zip code.


Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned in a new, sell able condition from a smoke-free home.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, batteries, etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as undergarments or hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Facemasks, bandanas, shemaghs and items often used for protection from COVID-19.
  • Edibles, including MREs, dehydrated meals, etc (even if unopened)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.  If you purchased your order using our free shipping option and the item(s) are returned, you'll receive a refund minus our shipping cost.  If returning your item for a cash refund, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.  Store credit is available with no restocking fee.  If the item is returned to us greater than 30 days after you received it or if it is in a poor condition the restocking fee may be greater.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Merchandise 

The items you receive are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free of defects.  Keep in mind, the item itself is guaranteed, not the packaging material used to protect the item.  If there is an issue with a product you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement.  We will absolutely assist in the process if requested.  If you choose to return the item(s) to us for refund, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.  

Canceling an Unshipped Order 

Canceling an order that has not been processed for shipment is never a problem.  Just click on the contact us section of our website, send us an email with your order number and we'll promptly cancel the order and issue a full refund (if applicable).  There is NO restocking fees or charges for canceling an order that has not been processed for shipment.  We're easy!

Lost/Stolen Shipments 

We only claim responsibility for getting you your shipment to the address you provided us.  We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items or packages after USPS or UPS scans them as being delivered to the address you provide.  We encourage customers to always provide a secure shipping address.  Customers are welcome to provide their cellular phone number for text notifications in addition to the automated email notifications so you will receive notifications as to when your package will be arriving.

Missing/Late Credit Card Refund 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  After we process your refund it generally takes your bank 1 - 5 days for the transaction to post to your account.  In rare occasions it could even take longer.  You would need to check with your bank/credit card company directly for information about their specific processing time.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
