Standard on all Condor vests is an emergency drag handle, hook and loop guides on the shoulder pads, which are also removable. MOLLE webbing is ample allowing you to add MOLLE compatible pouches and gear.  The adjustable cummerbund will provide you the best adjustable fit for your height and girth.  The Exo Plate Carrier is a battle tested plate carrier offered by Condor.
