The Journey Quad is a generous sleeping area for four persons with extended living compartment for storing your camping necessities. The Quad is also a "Fly First" pitch type tent. This means you erect the Fly first as the main structure, and then the inner tent attaches from inside to the fly. Just as suited to weekend breaks as longer trips. We brought this tent for our trip to camping in the Grand Canyon. It was perfect for the 3 of us including our 2.5 year old. It definitely kept us warm, dry and stayed up during the wind. I would definitely recommend.
How can anybody possibly beat the “Mad City Outdoor Gear” sale price offered on this great Snugpak 4 person fly first tent. I bought this tent for my daughters birthday so I wanted a “Proven Reliable” product. The Snugpak Journey Quad is a”Fly first tent which can be used independent of the sleeping module (inner tent), and the included footprint is an excellent addition. Also the size of the “vestibule” is incredible. This is a high value tent.
I have made several purchases from “Mad City Outdoor Gear” and I am extremely happy with each.
Snugpak sells their products through independent vendors, and “Mad City Outdoor Gear” is the one I will use period.
